My Mission

From the age of eight, I discovered a profound connection with music, playing multiple instruments entirely by ear. The distinct character and resonance of each instrument captivated me, and I quickly realized I had a gift for hearing a song and reproducing it from memory—without ever reading sheet music. Following my passion, I quickly learned how to service pianos.

As the owner of Rich Pianos, I hold myself to the highest standard in caring for every instrument I touch. My excellent relative pitch along with professional tuning software allows me to tune each note with precision and preserve the unique voice of each piano. Every instrument leaves my care in impeccable condition, both in sound and appearance, ready to inspire its owner.

At Rich Pianos, every service is handled with meticulous care, and our pricing is straightforward. From tuning to voicing and small repairs, everything is included—no surprises, just exceptional results.

Excellence is not optional—it’s an art. I believe that every piano deserves thorough attention, and my mission is to ensure that each one delivers an unparalleled musical experience, reflecting both craftsmanship and elegance.

Institutional & Multi-Piano Service Policy:

Rich Pianos provides dedicated, high-standard care for all locations with more than one piano, including schools, universities, churches, performance venues, recording studios, and private homes with multiple instruments. To ensure clarity, consistency, and uncompromised care, all multi-piano appointments follow the same institutional service structure.

Definition of an Institution:

Institutional clients include any schools, churches, studios, venues, organizations, or facilities where pianos are used for commercial, educational, social, or organizational purposes.

Institutional Service Fee:

An institutional service fee of $85 per visit applies to all institutional appointments to cover travel, access coordination, and administrative handling.

Definition of Residential Services:

Residential services apply to private homeowners, including clients with multiple pianos in their home. These services are not considered institutional and do not incur the institutional service fee.

Assessment & Scheduling

• A full evaluation of all pianos is performed during the initial visit.

• Based on condition and service requirements, work may be scheduled across multiple sessions or project phases.

• Priority instruments (performance pianos, teaching studios, rehearsal rooms, etc.) can be scheduled first upon request.

Service Structure

• Each piano is serviced individually to ensure accurate tuning stability, regulation, and cleaning results.

• Large inventories often require extended time for inspection, preparation, or additional corrective work.

• Multi-piano projects are organized into clear visit-based or phase-based work blocks.

• Each visit is treated as a dedicated work session. During that session, as many pianos as time reasonably allows will be serviced with full attention to detail and without rushing.

• No bundles or pre-selected packages are required—each piano is serviced individually according to its unique needs.

Billing

To maintain transparency and simplicity for clients, billing is structured on a per-visit basis:

• An invoice is issued at the end of each visit.

• Each invoice reflects only the services completed during that session.

• If a project requires multiple days, additional invoices will be issued for each subsequent visit.

• Itemized breakdowns per piano or per service are available upon request.

• Invoices for institutional services are due within 30 days of completion.

• Invoices for multi-piano residential services are due within 7 days of completion.

This approach ensures that institutions and multi-piano homeowners receive clear, accurate billing without confusion.

Continuity & Maintenance

 • For clients who wish to maintain their instruments on a recurring schedule, semester-based, seasonal, and annual maintenance arrangements are available.
